Owning your own luxury holiday home

Without question Grove Farm Meadow holiday park must provide one of the best locations for owning a caravan holiday home. We have 118 existing owners enjoying the benefits of the parks exceptional riverside setting, quality and charm.

All new holiday homes are sold with a 15 year licence agreement drawn up by the British Holiday and Home Park Association and the National Caravan Council. We also sell good quality pre-owned holiday homes on behalf of existing customers. As with new holiday homes, availability fluctuates throughout the year.

Our holiday home sale stock is usually available to view 7 days a week from March to the end of October. We also accept visitors during our closed season, however due to varying staffing situations at this time of year it is advisable to telephone reception prior to visiting the park.

Occasionally our popularity means we are "sold out" of sale homes. At these times we operate a mailing list to contact prospective customers as and when holiday homes become available. It is still however, extremely worth while visiting the park as for many customers a good location is every bit as choosing the right holiday home. At such times we will of course be in a position to inform you as to which pitches / holiday homes are likely to be coming available in the future.
